Letting properties can be a challenge at the best of times, between poor tenants and the sharks of the letting and management business it is a wonder that many landlords haven't lost their shirts! I have worked with numerous letting agents for finding tenants and providing managed services over the years and can say that Waterfronts stand out from the crowd. I have used Waterfronts for many years and during this time they have treated my business as though it were their own. Tenants are managed effectively, issues are resolved professionally and in a timely manner, rent payments come in on time, and prospective tenants are lined up prior to the existing tenants leaving minimising vacant periods. Over the years Waterfronts have gained my trust, I know when I get a call from Waterfronts that they will work with me to resolve any issues and are not there as part of the problem. Based on this experience I have no hesitation in highly recommending Waterfronts.
